The Challenge:

The Community Caravan Logo does not Reflect Boldness and Align with new Grassroot Marketing Campaign

During my internship, I was tasked with redesigning the Community Caravan logo. The team aimed to rebrand and establish a stronger, bolder brand identity that resonated with the fans. The existing logo was perceived as too gentle and misaligned with the department’s vision of projecting a dynamic and bold image.

The Solution:

Strategic Logo Redesign and Brand Alignment

To address this challenge, I undertook a comprehensive redesign process focused on capturing the boldness and excitement that fans were accustomed to:

Understanding Brand Vision:

Final Design and Implementation:

  • Impact: The new logo was adopted for the Community Caravan from 2018 to 2021, enhancing the brand’s presence and appeal.

The Results:

Outcome: Successful Logo Redesign and Positive Brand Impact

The new logo was well-received and achieved several key outcomes:

  1. Increased Brand Recognition: The bold and dynamic new logo significantly improved brand recognition and resonated well with fans.
  2. Widespread Adoption: The logo was printed on thousands of hats and distributed as freebies, becoming a popular item among fans.
  3. Personal Satisfaction: Spotting fans wearing the hats, especially at the shore, reinforced the positive impact of the redesign and brought personal satisfaction.
